Siklu by Ceragon
MultiHaul Series

The Siklu by Ceragon MultiHaul™ Series of products bring to the point-to-multipoint (PtMP) market the same expertise and technological innovation that have made us a leader in the point-to-point (PtP) E- band/V-band markets.

    Overview

The Siklu by Ceragon MultiHaul™ Series operate in the widely available and license exempt 60GHz V Band and deliver multi Gigabit throughputs. The series features an industry best range of 400 meters in a PtMP configuration and integrates advanced beamforming to remove the need for alignment between the Base Unit and Terminal Units. Our plug-and-play installation coupled with zero-touch configuration enables MultiHaul™ networks to be deployed rapidly and cost effectively by a single person.

These products are ideal for the emerging 5G Gigabit Wireless Access (GWA) market for residential customers and many enterprise market segments that require dense gigabit connectivity. Highlights of the series include a 90-degree sector Base Unit (BU) with an integrated beam-steering antenna and 3 ports. The BU can work with up to 8 Terminal Units, TUs or cTUs with sector capacity of 2.3Gbps over the air (1.8Gbps net throughput) to the TUs or cTUs.

The range reaches as much as 1310ft. (400m) via an auto-aligned range feature using proprietary, cutting-edge antenna technology. In addition, the beamforming antenna function enables auto-alignment to make installation a very quick, one-person job.

Additional highlights of this series include narrow beams that provide reliable, virtually interference free operation along with enhanced network security via AES encryption, TU/port isolation and 802.1x functionality. The series also dynamically adjusts upload and download capacity to align throughput with demand, significantly enhancing the end-user experience.

Another strong selling feature is our cTUs - the industry’s smallest TU (similar in size to a smart phone) - which are available in multiple colors and have the same range and throughput of larger units.

Simplified configuration covers Tus with assigned name and auto-provisioning, and BUs that store the TU configurations using uniquely identified logical names, such as location-id or circuit id.

For ease of deployment we feature an integrated, managed PoE switch for straightforward connection and powering of multiple devices and simplified street-level and rooftop site acquisition and installation thanks to a ½-liter slim and small radio.
