Ceragon and Tata Sign Long-Term Supply Agreement for Microwave Backhaul Equipment

November 3, 2008

TEL AVIV, Israel, November 3, 2008 – Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE:
CRNT), a leading provider of high-capacity wireless backhaul solutions, today announced that it
has signed a long-term equipment supply agreement with Tata Teleservices Limited a leading
global communications provider and one of India’s leading mobile operators. Ceragon will provide
Tata with its leading edge FibeAir® solutions, including the FibeAir IP-10 system. Ceragon will
additionally provide Tata with installation services.

Ceragon’s market-leading solutions will enable Tata to deliver both Ethernet and TDM
traffic over their high capacity wireless networks. As part of this new deployment, Tata will utilize
Ceragon’s most advanced solution, the FibeAir IP-10 - a unique migration-ready system that
supports native TDM, Native2 hybrid TDM/Ethernet and native Ethernet over a single platform.
Taking advantage of Ceragon’s pay-as-you-grow concept Tata will be able upgrade its wireless
backhaul capacity in the future and reach up to 500Mbps per radio channel.

“We have selected Ceragon’s microwave backhaul solutions to provide high-capacity backhaul for
our CDMA network. Once the solution is deployed, Tata Teleservices will be able to offer a wide
range of data and multimedia applications on top of its voice centric package,” said Mr. A. G Rao,
Chief Technology Officer, Tata Teleservices Limited. “As we advance towards Next Generation
Network and 3G services, wireless solutions from Ceragon will provide flexible and scalable
answers for cost effective, future-proof high-capacity backhaul connectivity. Our long term
agreement with Ceragon will enable us to roll out robust networks, and ensure our valued
customers the best quality service today and for years to come.”

Tata Teleservices has over 29 million customers in more than 6600 towns across India and
has a pan-India presence spread across 19 of the nation’s 22 cellular service circles. Having
pioneered the CDMA 2000 1x technology in India, Tata Teleservices has established a robust,
3G ready telecom infrastructure that ensures the delivery of high-end quality services. The
company also holds a leading position in India’s fixed-wireless telephony market.

“This agreement marks another success for Ceragon in the rapidly growing Asian market,
and is a vote of confidence in both our existing and next generation solutions portfolio,” said Ira

look forward to a long working relation with this leading operator.”
